Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

The 100% Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:

• Orders purchased through third-party marketplaces (unless stated otherwise).
• Bulk or wholesale orders.
• Fraudulent or abusive claims.
• Products intentionally damaged or misused.
